Do you ship worldwide?

We ship worldwide via DHL Express.

• Standard orders: 3-5 business days for production + 3–5 business days for delivery after dispatch.
• Customised orders: 3–7 business days for production + 3–5 business days for delivery after dispatch.

Please note that the 3–5 business day delivery period begins only after production is complete and your order has been dispatched and may vary depending on the DHL Express service available for your location. Delivery times are estimates provided by DHL and are outside ELÍTA’s control. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Estimates

Shipping costs are determined by the carrier (DHL, FedEx, etc.) based on the final weight and dimensions of your custom piece. We recommend contacting us for a shipping estimate prior to placing your order if you have concerns about delivery fees to your region.

Customer Responsibility

Choosing to start a custom order constitutes an agreement to cover the shipping costs upon completion. Please reach out to us before placing your order if you'd like a shipping estimate for your region.

What Is Your Return Policy?

Every item we create is made-to-order specifically for you. For this reason, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refund requests once the production process has started. All sales are final.
